Shipping & Handling: All domestic orders ship via USPS and take 1 - 3 business days for delivery. When your order has shipped, an email will be sent with your USPS tracking information. Please note our shipping and handling fees cover $50 for insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation. However, once your order is delivered (signed off by someone in your household/attempted to be delivered) we are no longer responsible for the package. It is the customer's responsibility to collect all packages from the USPS location stated on the USPS notice if they were not home at the time of delivery. Holidays and weekends are excluded.
Once we have shipped your order, we do not have access or control over its delivery time. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order tracking information please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
International Shipping: Please allow UPS or DHL 1 - 7 business days for delivery. All orders do require a signature upon delivery. Please note that all shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.
Digital Items: All digital items are final sale. No refunds can be issued once purchased because digital files are immediately sent to the customers for use after payment.
Order Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible to do so and a full refund will be granted.
