Soak in the tub. Epsom salt, bath bombs, bubble bath. Light a candle and throw on some music and relax! Shave your legs, exfoliate, make yourself feel good! Anything lavender scented is great for stress.
DO A FACE MASK.
Makes your skin look great! Relax while it sits on your face, or do it while you're in the tub! Clear, moisturized skin is always a plus!
GET YOUR NAILS DONE.
When you look good, you feel good! Do something for yourself! You deserve it! Try a new shape or a new style! While you're there, get a pedicure, the massage chair will relax you, and who doesn't want to get pampered once in a while?
Bath and bodywork candles! Best scents ever! Grab some candles in your favorite scents and light them around the house. It is relaxing and lightens up the house! If you're stressed out try scents like lavender and mints to calm you down.
A HAIR MASK NEVER HURT.
Who doesn’t want healthy hair? While you're in the bath, or just laying around try a leave-in hair mask! I love olive oil leave-in masks! They smell great and will leave your hair feeling soft, detangled, and smelling great!
TRY A TEETH WHITENER.
Using a crest white strip always boosts my self-esteem and makes me more confident! Who does not want a white smile!
If you have the extra money, take yourself on a shopping spree! Or even just a new outfit or a new pair of shoes! Your beautiful and deserve to look, and feel good about yourself!
WHEN YOU LOOK GOOD YOU FEEL GOOD BABE.
Self-care is so important. So always make sure to take time for yourself, pamper yourself, and love yourself!
MAKE SURE YOU STAY HYDRATED.
Not with sugary drinks. Make sure you drink at least eight glasses of water a day! I try to drink a glass an hour! This will help with your skin, and also helps your hair grow faster!
